‘Star Trek: Prodigy’ Nominated For Best Animated Children’s Series Emmy Award
Star Trek: Prodigy has been honored with a major nomination by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Prodigy has been nominated for Outstanding Animated Series for the first ever Children’s & Family Emmy Awards. Prodigy joins Star Trek: The Animated Series, which was nominated for the Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Entertainment Children’s Series in 1974 and 1975 (winning in 1975). Lower Decks, Trek’s other current animated series, was nominated for a Primetime Emmy in 2021.
